Impact Priority Ranker Tool

Once you have completed the Missing Dots and Gaps Finder you are staring at three honest lists. You know where people lose momentum. You know what is missing. You know which handovers feel fragile. What you do not yet know is where to start. The Impact Priority Ranker turns those lists from interesting to useful.

The tool asks two simple questions for each item. How much impact would this have on momentum if we fixed or tested it. How much effort would it take to do so. Most people chase the loudest problem or the most glamorous idea. This tool removes that temptation. It shows you where small fixes create big movement and where big projects produce only minor gains.

The output is three lists. Start here holds the high impact low effort improvements that change customer behaviour fastest. Next list holds the worthwhile projects that deserve planning. Later holds the ideas that matter but should not distract you right now. The benefit is direction. Instead of discussion and debate you get a clear shortlist with a clear reason behind it.
